of Service Policy
In order to use the Australasian Hunting
Sports Alliance (Hereinafter referred to as
"AHSA") service you must abide by
the terms of service.
Usage of the AHSA service implies that you
have read and agreed to the following rules:
AHSA retains ownership of all product data
including descriptions and pictures. This
information cannot be used, resold or
otherwise distributed without AHSA's express
written consent.
If the dealer should decide to leave the
system, AHSA retains the right of ownership
to all of the dealer's customers. Exception:
If the dealer plans to continue to service
their customers. The dealer must state to AHSA
that the customers will be serviced.
The dealer may discontinue service with AHSA
with a 7 day advanced notice.
Product prices may fluctuate on a daily
basis. No notifications will be given to the
dealer on price changes.
Enforcement
AHSA may immediately suspend and/or
terminate the customer's service for
violation of any provision of this policy
upon verbal or written notice, which notice
may be provided by voicemail or E-mail.
Prior to suspension or termination, AHSA
will attempt to work with our customers to
cure violations of this policy and ensure
that there is no re-occurrence; however, AHSA
reserve the right to suspend or terminate
based on a first offense.

protected by copyright as a collective work
or compilation under the copyright laws of
Australia. Each individual article or other
